Dr. Teerada of Chulalongkorn University Leads Workshop Preparing Thai Students in Türkiye for the Workforce

On 4 - 5 July 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Teerada Chongkolrattanaporn, Head of the Department of Public Relations, Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, honored an event in Istanbul as the key speaker for the project, “Preparing Thai Students in Türkiye to the World of Work.”

Dr. Teerada shared her expertise and essential skills to empower Thai students nearing graduation for a confident transition into the professional world. Her lecture covered crucial topics such as basic communication and negotiation techniques, resumé writing, self-introduction, and practical skills for job interviews.

The project was organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara, with an opening remark by H.E. Mr. Apirat Sugondhabhirom, Ambassador of Thailand to the Republic of Türkiye, who stressed the importance of these extracurricular skills. The program also included a session by a Turkish guest speaker on the basic laws necessary for foreigners living and working in Türkiye.
