Chula Communication Arts Strengthens Academic Collaboration with Keio and Bunkyo Universities

TOKYO — Faculty members and students from Chulalongkorn University’s Department of Public Relations visited leading institutions in Japan to strengthen international academic ties and foster innovative communication practices.

Keio University: Peace Playground Workshop

On March 11, 2026, the delegation visited Keio University’s Graduate School of Media Design (KMD). Welcomed by Dean Masa Inakage, the group hosted the “Peace Playground: A Workshop on Metaphor & Art” led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerada Chongkolrattanaporn.

The session, featuring a lecture by Assoc. Prof. Shutaro Takeda, encouraged creative dialogue on peace among students from both institutions. The visit concluded with a campus tour and initial discussions on future academic collaboration.

Bunkyo University: Strategic Academic Dialogue

On March 13, 2026, faculty members held an academic discussion with Professor Masato Koizumi and representatives from Bunkyo University.

The meeting explored future partnerships in student exchanges, curriculum development, and joint international research to enhance educational opportunities and ensure long-term academic growth for students at both universities.
